Terms of Service

The service

TokenExplorer provides AI image and video generation and editing tools for adults. You must be 18 or older, or the local age of majority if higher, to hold an account or use any tool.

Accounts and credits

Generation is account-based; there is no anonymous use. Credits are spent per job at the cost shown before confirmation. Failed jobs refund their credits automatically. Credit packs are one-time purchases; unused credits remain on the account. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Acceptable content

You may generate fictional adult characters, and transform media you own or hold documented consent to use. Prohibited: any content involving minors, or characters presented as minors; imagery of real people without consent; content illegal in your jurisdiction. Violations lead to removal and termination of the account, and illegal material is reported where the law requires.

Your media, your responsibility

You are responsible for the media you upload, and for holding the rights and consent it requires. By publishing media to the gallery you grant the service the right to display it there until you unpublish it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. Generation results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding three months.
